A commercial robotic mower designed for closely maintained turf, including golf courses. Satellite-based virtual boundaries allow work areas and temporary stay-out zones to be configured without a perimeter wire.
Flexible control of the mowing area
Virtual boundaries let the mowing area be configured through the app instead of relying on a buried perimeter wire. This is useful when the lawn layout changes or an area needs to be excluded temporarily. The installation still needs careful planning around buildings, trees, passages and the charging station.
Systematic mowing follows an organised pattern and has a different rated area capacity from irregular mowing. Compare the figure for the pattern you intend to use, along with the number of hours available for mowing, rather than selecting a mower from the largest figure alone.
Planning a wireless installation
EPOS needs suitable satellite reception as well as the correction-data arrangement specified for the installation. Mobile connectivity for app access and the satellite positioning system perform different jobs.
