The AntClear Ant Control Bait Station is an OF&G certified organic insecticidal bait station that destroys ants and their nests. Worker ants are attracted to the bait gel inside the enclosed station, thinking it is food. They carry the bait back to the nest and share it with the colony, including the queen. The active ingredients (spinosad derived from soil bacterium and chrysanthemum flower extract) work to kill the nest from within. Once the queen dies, egg production stops and ant activity outside the nest reduces noticeably within 3 to 6 days. The nest is typically eliminated within 1 to 3 weeks.
Ready to use indoors and outdoors for up to 3 months per station:
Each bait station comes pre-baited and ready to use. Simply break off the four spurs on the station to expose the entry holes and place it in or near ant runs where you have seen ant activity. Each station is effective for up to 3 months, providing long-lasting protection without reapplication. Use indoors on kitchen floors, windowsills, and doorways, or outdoors on terraces, patios, and paths (protect from direct rain when used outdoors). Each bait station is normally sufficient to eliminate one nest, and a maximum of 2 stations should be in use at any one time.
