The robust STIHL HSA 130 R cordless hedge trimmer is engineered for demanding tasks in professional garden and landscape maintenance, as well as municipal applications. This trimmer operates with a low knife speed and features a double-sided ground knife in the pruning version, offering a wider tooth spacing. This allows for efficient and precise cutting of thicker twigs and branches with a constant number of strokes. The trimmer allows you to regulate the number of strokes in three stages, ranging from 2,800 strokes/minute to 3,200 strokes/minute, directly on the rotating multifunctional handle, enabling powerful cuts.
Designed for quiet operation, the STIHL HSA 130 R cordless hedge trimmer works with lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AP system, making it suitable for trimming hedges in noise-sensitive areas. The rotatable multifunctional handle can be adjusted 90° to the right or left, ensuring an ergonomically favorable working position for every cut in different directions. The trimmer also features a bow handle for effortless use in any working direction. The screwed-on cutting and guide guards enhance safety and protect the cutting set.
Energy transfer from the battery is flexible, allowing you to use the STIHL AP belt bag with a connecting cable, the STIHL carrying system, or the STIHL AR 2000 L backpack battery. The charge status display provides a quick glance at the current battery charge status. The STIHL HSA 130 R cordless hedge trimmer is available in two cutting lengths of 60 cm and 75 cm.

All cordless tools within the STIHL AP system are crafted for professional applications and daily use, even under adverse weather conditions, boasting tested splash water protection. This effectiveness is validated through demanding internal tests based, in part, on the IPX4 standard.
Note: STIHL has introduced new model numbers for its cordless products. This makes the selection easier for you as a customer, as it makes the range much clearer. However, for a few products it is also necessary to change the currently existing model number. All variants of the STIHL HSA 130 are identical to the corresponding variants of the HSA 94.
