Monaghan Hire require an Office Assistant to join our busy team in Castleblayney for a maternity cover post. This is a diverse role and provides a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to become part of a dynamic company.
The Job (including but not limited to):
Managing a busy switchboard
Assist with all office and company administration
Wide range of administrative support tasks
- Excellent phone manner, communication & people skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc.
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team
- Capability of dealing with customers
- Strong organisational skills
- Can-do attitude & common sense approach to tasks
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- 40 hour week, 8am start.
- Terms: Contract, Full time.
