Monaghan Hire require an Office Assistant to join our busy team in Castleblayney for a maternity cover post. This is a diverse role and provides a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to become part of a dynamic company.

 

Office Assistant

 

The Job (including but not limited to):

 

Managing a busy switchboard

Assist with all office and company administration

Wide range of administrative support tasks

 

The Person:

 

  • Excellent phone manner, communication & people skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team
  • Capability of dealing with customers
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Can-do attitude & common sense approach to tasks
  • Previous experience desirable but not essential

 

The Details:

 

  • 40 hour week, 8am start.
  • Terms: Contract, Full time.
